This warranty applies only to products purchased through OFFLINE authorized distributors or retailers in Taiwan,
and is valid within Taiwan only.
To apply for warranty service, a valid proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) must be provided.
※ Warranty service will not be provided without valid proof of purchase
※ Second-hand products or items purchased through unauthorized channels are not covered under this warranty

If you experience any issues with your product, we recommend contacting the original place of purchase (dealer or retailer) first.
Handling repairs through the original sales channel helps ensure better protection for both parties.
If the original channel is unable to assist, please contact OFFLINE customer support directly, and we will guide you through the process.

✔ Within Warranty Coverage:
- Repair Fee: Free of charge
- Shipping:
- Customer is responsible for shipping the product to the service center
- OFFLINE covers return shipping
✦ Outside Warranty Coverage:
- Repair Fee: A quotation will be provided and repair will proceed upon approval
- Shipping: Round-trip shipping costs are borne by the customer
| Exclusions (Not Covered by Warranty) |
The following conditions are not covered under warranty:
- Cosmetic damage caused by use (scratches, dents, etc.)
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by accidents or external force (drops, impact, etc.)
- Improper use, unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair
- Damage caused by natural disasters or force majeure (fire, water damage, etc.)
- Any non-OFFLINE products or personal belongings
| Additional Repair Notes |
- If replacement parts are unavailable or the product has been discontinued:
- Within warranty: A replacement of equivalent value will be offered, or an upgraded product may be provided with a price difference upon agreement
- Outside warranty: Repair service will be evaluated based on product condition
- All replaced parts become the property of OFFLINE
